In the high season (1 June – 31 August) and in special periods (e.g. long weekends, school holidays, bank holidays): HUF 200,000 per night up to 12 persons.

All further guests have to pay an additional HUF 10,000 per night
Children under 3 can stay for free, children between 3 and 10 have to pay HUF 6,000 per night.

Minimum number of nights:
School holidays and long weekends: 3 nights
15 June – 30 August: 4 nights (or depending on availability)

Outside the high season:

Weekends (Friday and Saturday): HUF 180,000 per night up to 12 persons.
Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): HUF 130,000 per night up to 12 persons

All further guests have to pay an additional HUF 10,000 per night
Children under 3 can stay for free, whereas children between 3 and 10 have to pay HUF 6,000 per night.

Minimum number of nights:

• Weekends: 2 nights
• Weekdays: 1 night (additional charge for the 1 night stay is 15%)
• Long weekends: 3 nights
• 15 June – 30 August: 4 nights (or depending on availability)

Cleaning fee (at the end of your stay): HUF 26,000 (to be paid per booking). Please note that the prices do not include the tourist tax (aka IFA, which is currently HUF 500 / guest (above 18) / night.

Get our half-villa offer between Sunday and Thursday, outside the high season
For 2 persons: HUF 70,000 per night
For 3-4 persons: HUF 82,000 per night
For 5-6 persons: HUF 100,000 per night

(This includes the use of all services and amenities privately also, and the entire main building, the dining room with the equipped kitchen. No other guests in the house. )

Please note that the prices above are available for bookings made after 15 January 2023. Confirmed prices for bookings made earlier do not change.

What does the price include?

– The private use of the entire house and the garden with all amenities (free parking in the yard for max 5 cars)
– Unlimited use of private wellness amenities:

• Finnish Sauna (available throughout the year)
• Outside covered pool (15 May – 20 September)
• Hot tub (capacity: 6 person) – Available throughout the year

– We provide bedsheets, basic equipment and towels for all our guests.

There will be coffee and tea provided for you upon your arrival.
 Tools for the BBQ and equipment for babies (e.g. crib, highchair and baby tub) are provided free of charge.

Please note that we cannot accept SZÉP Kártya cards
The insurance deposit of HUF 50,000 is to be paid at the location, and will be returned to you after cleaning.
Please note that we will charge the costs of damage to guests if any damages occur due to misuse or carelessness.
